You may never be able to beat Zia or Larry Cohen in the Spingold, but you can win your local duplicate and your local Stac games more often, you can do well or even win at the Regionals, and even stop feeling out of your depth at the Nationals (if you attend).

 

And since most of us play most of our games at our local bridge clubs and at Regionals, what we want to do is learn how to use expert techniques in our bridge world, our country club, our regional or wherever “us regular folk” play.

 

     You can do it, and I’m going to show you how.

 

     …So I have two objectives….(1) Give you the tools to avoid making Bad Bids and Bad Plays, and (2) Give you  simple guidelines(I call them Rules) that you can rely on, hand after hand, game after game. My rules take the expert’s theoretical thinking and experience and reduce them to simple rules that anyone can understand, anyone can remember, and anyone can put into practice.
